THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT & THE PRIMARY PURPOSE FOR COLLECTION
The personal information you provide on our website is being collected for legitimate business purposes, which includes processing registrations or enquiries, keeping you informed about new events, products or offers and providing the best possible service to you. Whenever we process data for these purposes we will ensure that we always keep your Personal Data rights in high regard and take account of these rights.

As a company providing Foreign Exchange services you should be aware that if you wish to transact on the Assure Hedge platform you will be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening as part of Assure Hedge’s authorisation. This will involve Assure Hedge confirming you/your company’s identity/ownership structure and proof of address as well as performing checks to determine if there are any potential anti-money laundering risks. Data obtained for KYC and AML purposes will be held in accordance with the ‘Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (PoCA)’ and data may be held for up to, but not restricted to 5 years after closing any account with Assure Hedge.

Date of Birth
Company Name & Address
Foreign Exchange experience
Bank Account details for receipt and transfer of funds
Assure Hedge is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.

SURVEYS & PROMOTIONS
From time to time Assure Hedge may run surveys and promotions and may request information from users as part of these. Participation in these is entirely voluntary.

We use third parties to also acquire data, we hold those parties to the same high standard. The personal data we hold is stored on Assure Hedge servers and on the servers of cloud-based database management services located in Europe. Assure Hedge retains data for the duration of the customer’s or member’s business relationship with the Assure Hedge and in accordance with our regulational requirements.
